BBS Print to Excel/CSV

  1. How do I print my BBS benchmark files to excel from Mozilla Firefox?

    The print icon allows users to print and export the benchmark data in PDF and Excel formats. Once pressed a .zip file will be created and downloaded to the user's computer. Four files will be contained in the .zip file:

    • 1 x PDF Report
    • 3 x Microsoft Excel files (one for each tab: Profitability, Productivity and Personnel) for creating graphs and conducting further analysis

    Many browsers will have a pop up blocker. If using Mozilla Firefox, the following message will display:

     

    Click the Options button and select "Allow popups for www.benchmarking.com.au"

    From here the file can be opened or saved, select one option and then press "ok"

  2. How do I print my BBS benchmark files to excel from Internet Explorer?

    The print icon allows users to print and export the benchmark data in PDF and Excel formats. Once pressed a .zip file will be created and downloaded to the user's computer. Four files will be contained in the .zip file:

    Many browsers will have a pop up blocker. If using Internet Explorer, the following message will display:

    Click on the pop-up blocker then select "Always allow Pop-ups from this site..."

    Click yes, from here Internet Explorer may log out of the BBS. Log in, open the file and press print again then continue to the final screen shot. If you are not logged out at this point continue to the next screen shot.

    Click allow, from here Internet Explorer will log out of the BBS. Log in, open the file and press print again.

    The report will generate and the following screen will appear. Select open.
